Two former University of Missouri curators criticized the MoHELA plan, saying that if the bill is passed, students could file a class-action lawsuit for unauthorized use of loan payments. John Lichtenegger is one of the curators against MoHELA.  He is another example of a republican going against the Governor in major decisions. Democrat Senator Wes Shoemyer understood why the Governor is seeing the change.

Description: He's got bad ideas, they're bad for the people.  It shows his extremism and his willingness to look to large donors instead at the voice of the people.

The sponsor of the bill, Republican Senator Gary Nodler said he found the MoHELA editorial to have an error and that it actually supports his bill.
