Intro: The Missouri Legislature ended this year's special session Thursday, passing legislation that leaders say will create thousands of new quality jobs, as well as a measure to upgrade more than 800 bridges.
Courtney Cox has more from the Capitol:
The economic devolopment plan will give buisnesses tax credits to create jobs, and to develop parts of St. Louis City.
Representative Neal St. Onge supports the plan, and says it will create 18,000 jobs.
The St. Louis area Republican sponsored the bridge bill, and he says it will create 23,000 jobs. He claims both measures will help Missourians.
