Intro: Chuck Graham's arrest for a suspected DWI has put Democratic senate leadership in a difficult position, but minority leader Maida Coleman says they will wait before taking disciplinary action.

Coleman says the Democrats in the legislature will help Graham through this incident.

Coleman also says that it is too early for Graham to be removed from his position as assistant minority leader, or any other position.
