At the same time, the auditor's office has ended its lawsuit against the state's college loan authority, which had denied the office access to its closed documents.
Now the two sides have reached an agreement, and Samantha Brewer, the Public Affairs Coordinator for the auditor's office, says the agreement isn't missing anything.
The State Auditor says she is glad she could examine MOHELA's records without spending state funds on a lawsuit.

Samantha Brewer, the Public Affairs Coordinator for the auditor's office, says this agreement is exactly what they wanted.
The State Auditor says she is happy her office can examine these records without having to go through a lawsuit.
