Missouri will use state law enforcement to check the legal status of every individual presented for incarceration along with anyone that accompanies them. Law enforcement must be trained and certified by the Federal Government in order to enforce Federal immigration law.
Actuality:  BLUNT7.WAV
Run Time: 00:06
Description: We'll work with local law enforcement agencies throughout the state to encourage them to have their officers undergo similar training.

Blunt's order covers only state law enforcement, like the Highway Patrol, but he encouraged local law enforcement to adopt similar policies.
