Governor Matt Blunt is expected to announace plans to sell Missouri student loan company MOHELA, leaving one state official scratching her head.

State Treasurer Sarah Steelman expressed concern and confusion over Blunt's proposal, she says she's worried about the effects the sale of MOHELA could have on students
Steelman says she still has to look over the proposal and get her questions answered, before she knows if the sale will be a positive thing for students.
