Description:

Democratic Party Spokesman Jack Cardetti says bringing the plan to the legislature will allow legislatures to debate the plan and whether or not it is good for college students and their families. If the plan is approved proposes 3 hundred and 50 million dollars of MOHELA's assests from student loans will go towards funding college building projects. From the State Capital, I'm Diana Choksey.
