The former agency directors have joined in a lawsuit challenging the administration's decision to give up ownership of the Bonnville Bridge that lies on Katy Trail.

Among the three department directors is Tracy Mehan, a Republican who served under Attorney General John Ashcroft.

Description: Mehan says he remains a Matt Blunt supporter, despite his opposition to the Republican governor's efforts to give up the bridge.

United Pacific Railroads will receive the bridge if the administration wins the lawsuit trying to block the give away.
