State Representative Shannon Cooper says if passed, his bill will help Missouri fight the national problem.
Beth Canuteson's with Sprint/Nextel.
She says right now it's too easy for someone to swipe your records.
Canuteson says her company is already doing all it can to stop people who take the records.
Cooper's bill must still face the House and Senate.
