Harris has no opinion on MOHELA

Governor Matt Blunt is proposing to sell the Missouri Student Loan agency MOHELA. Josh Kranzberg has Democratic reaction from the state Capitol.

The Democratic party leaked the proposed sale of MOHELA on Monday. But House Minority Leader Jeff Harris remains neutral on the subject.

The sale, dubbed the "Lewis and Clark Initiative," is expected to bring in around 400 million dollars for higher education.
