A Missouri lawmaker says he wants to take Roe v. Wade head on.

Senator Jason Crowellsays he can ban abortion all together.

Crowell says it is time to protect the sanctity of life of an unborn child with a constitutional amendment.

He says Roe v. Wade was a wrong Supreme Court opinion and that the legislature should do all it can to over turn the decision.

Crowell says you can not over turn a Supreme Court decision unless you create conflict and his bill will do just that.
