State lawmakers battle whether to block thousands of Missourians from receiving Medicaid.

State Senators could vote tonight on Governor Matt Blunt's plan to cut thousands of Missourians from Medicaid.
During the first hour of debate, State Senator Pat Dougherty said Missouri could face a crisis if the plan passes.
Blunt's plan would tigten income requirments for receiving Medicaid.
Dougherty says he expects the Senate debate to go late into the night.
