The Senate passed a bill Thursday creating birth certificates for stillborns. Lindsay Shively has the story.
Sen. Sarah Steelman from Rolla sponsored the bill creating stillborn birth certificates. To reach a compromise, Steelman added an amendment increasing the privacy of the certificates.
The bill will be heard in the House when the legislature comes back into session on March 28. From the state Capitol, I'm Lindsay Shively.
