The filibuster continues

Last week's filibuster over changing the name of Southwest Missouri State University entered its second week Monday in Missouri's statehouse. Paul Matadeen has the story:

The filibuster is being conducted by the Senate's Democratic floor leader, Columbia Democrat Ken Jacob.

He argues that calling the Springfield school Missouri State University would amount to theft of the the University of Missouri's name:

Jacob's district includes the main campus of the University of Missouri.

His filibuster has blocked almost all action in the Senate for days.
