A St. Louis lawmaker wants to stop spending highway money on everything but our highways. Lindsay Shively has the story.

Sen. Jon Dolan wants to stop spending highway dollars on other state agencies. The St. Charles County Republican asks that the funds from gas taxes, vehicle sales taxes, and registration fees be used for highway expenses.
