The initial audit raised questions about the value of certain expenditures made using the Lottery Commission's advertising budget. The commission had bought St. Louis Rams season tickets among other gifts for retailers who sold lottery tickets.
The new audit says the State Lottery Commission made the neccessary changes to their advertising budget.
