The Missouri House of Representatives gave first round approval Tuesday to a bill that would disclose the names of donors to the Governor's inaugural activities. Monica Walter reports from the state Capitol.

Under the bill, Donations intended for inaugural activites would be subject to the same level of disclosure as campaign contributions.
St. Louis area Representative Barbara Fraser supports the bill, but says she hopes it doesn't change the character of Missouri's inaugural celebrations.
This bill does not affect the amount of money that can be spent on inaugural campaigns or how state funds can be used for them. From the state Capitol, I'm Monica Walter.
