Governor Bob Holden told state superintendents he still won't release withheld money for public education. Alex Yalen tells why the governor is offering nothing new for Missouri schools.

Just one hour before a rally on the steps of Missouri's capitol, Governor Holden blasted G-O-P plans to fund Missouri schools.

Holden said the plan to cap school district spending is irresponsible and unproductive.
