General revenue is down this month in Missouri. Christine McCarty has the story.
The Missouri Department of Revenue released a report stating that general revenue collections have dropped a little over four percent in October.
But even though the revenue has decreased this past month, Linda Luebbering, Missouri budget director, says that general revenue collections are still up over last year.
But Luebbering says that the 1.8% increase isn't enough to fund the budget passed this year and no one should count on withholding money being released. From the state Capitol, I'm Christine McCarty.
