A proposed Senate joint resolution could put the issue of gay marriages into the hands of Missouri voters. Megan Clarke has the story.

Since the Massachusetts Supreme Court lifted the ban on same-sex marriages, some argue the rest of the nation -- including Missouri -- must now recognize legal gay marriage licenses from other states.
