Democratic house members lash out at Republican leadership for rolling twelve different budget bills into one package which they say is unfair.

Nishi Gupta reports.

House Minority leader Mark Abel says his party has been deceived because the combined bill takes power away from the legislature. He says the bill should be separated, so representatives can vote on specific funding.
