Joi Preciphs

Joi Preciphs is a graduate student at the University of Missouri-Columbia earning her master's degree in public policy reporting. Prior to graduate school, Joi worked for prominent nonprofit organizations in New York City, Washington D.C. and in her hometown of Kansas City, Missouri. She is a 1997 graduate of Yale University.
