Missouri House Speaker Jim Kreider says other issues should take priority over a Cardinals stadium proposal supported by Gov. Holden.

As Speaker of the House, Kreider has the power to block a vote on the stadium bill.

Gov. Holden's spokesperson, Jerry Nachtigal says the Governor is confident the bill will be heard.
