Senator Jean Carnahan says it's time for a regime change in Iraq. Carnahan told reporters at the State Capitol today she believes President Bush has made his case against Sadaam Hussein.
However, Carnahan would not say if she supports a preemptive strike against Iraq without more debate on military strategy. From the State Capitol, I'm Elizabeth Gill.
