St. Louis Senator Says He Will Represent All

St. Louis Senator Pat Dougherty, who was elected to the historically African-American 4th district, was sworn in as a Missouri State Senator today.

Dougherty is the first Caucasian senator to be elected in his district in forty years.

Dougherty says that his district is diverse and that he will represent the interests of all.
