Subpoenas Considered

Missouri's Senate President Pro Tem Peter Kinder says he is considering seeking subpoenas to investigate government Holden's executive order about collective bargaining. Sofia Chaava has the story from Jefferson City:

Contents: Kinder says the Senate's Democratic leader refuses to name the Democratic members to the special committee investigating unions.

Kinder says he will name the Democratic members on his one.

But is may not be so easy for getting subpoenas. For that, he needs approval by the Democratic lietenant governor, Joe Maxwell who says he has not decided whether to grant Kinder's request.
