MODOT fails to take a position on Senate bill 565

You can't fill up near a rest stop in the state of Missouri, one senate bill would keep it that way.

A senate bill prohibits the Missouri Department of Transportation from contracting with private businesses like convenience stores and gas stations near rest stops. Modot representative Jay Wunderlich says they do not have a position on the Senate bill but they've hired a private firm to study rest stops.
