Special Session may be missing members

The Senate will convene Wednesday at noon for a special session...but most of the House will not be there...and some worry about the legality of this situation.

Julie Kroenig has the story in Jefferson City.

Senate President Pro Tem Peter Kinder says the Senate will have well over a quarum present for the first day of the special session.

But he is concerned because the house is not officially calling in their members.
