The Missouri Senate Administrations Committee has voted for the goal of a 10-percent budget cut. Rachel Busacker has the story from Jefferson City. While Govenor Holden announced a 2.5% budget cut, Senate Administrator Ron Kirchoff says the senate currently will be cutting 6-and a quarter percent. Actuality:Ron Kirchoff
