Missouri State Troopers Association addresses the need for higher salaries

I'm Sara Lasure for Missouri Captital Caucus.

Missouri State Highway patrol officers are asking legislators for an increase in salaries to remain competitive with other law enforcement agaencies.

Missouri State Troopers Association held a breakfast for lawmakers to discuss the issue of a pay raise. The troopers association president Corporal Tim Tinnin says the highway patrol is loosing State troopers because of low salaries.
