The state capital dome will take on a distinctively different look Oct. 19, as Gov. Bob Holden plans to illuminate the building in pink to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Exactly what shade of pink the dome will be colored is still in question.
The first of the year, Holden raised eyebrows when he used a neon sign in the state capital to highlight his $1 million innauguration ceremony.
