Secretary of State Matt Blunt released a report Monday containing 26 legislative recommendations. One of those recommendations? Get rid of the so-called "butterfly" ballot.
Other recommendations include allowing touch-screen voting and urging Congress to make Veteran's Day coincide with Election Day.

The early voting proposal is just one of 26 recommendations from a bipartisan election commission. Other recommendations include touch-screen computer voting and elimination of so-called "butterly punch ballots."
