Attorney General Jay Nixon is anticipated to reveal lawsuits against Missouri gas stations for price inflation next Tuesday. Rachel Busacker has the story from Jefferson City.

The Attorney General's Office says it expects to release the names of Missouri gas stations who face lawsuits on Tuesday.

Nixon will also report names of stations that have settled and reached agreements.

Nixon has targeted gas stations that increased gas prices above $2.49 a gallon on or after September 11th. Nixon says that's a violation of Missouri consumer protection laws.
