Missouri State Agencies Assist with Attacks

Numerous Missouri State Agencies have become involved in the rescue efforts in New York, after Tuesdays attacks.

The Department of Health and Safety says that the Missouri Urban Search and Rescue task force from Boone County has been sent to New York. Assistant Fire Marshall Randy Cole says additional firefighters have offered to help.

Contents: Assistant Fire Marshall says they have a list of volunteer firefighters if the Federal government orders additional back-up.

Other state agencies such Emergency Medical and Health Services are also offering assistance.
