Ticket scalping will be legal if one Missouri lawmaker has his way.

It's not uncommon to see people outside professional sports venues trying to sell tickets, sometimes at face value, sometimes at inflated prices.

It's illegal under Missouri law to sell a ticket for more than it's face value.

But Representative Jon Dolan of St Charles County is sponsoring legislation to change that.
