A St Louis Representative is filing for re-election even though she's reached the limit of her term...She says it will lead to a court challenge of term limits.

Rita Days, a democrat from St Louis city says she will file for re-election even though under the Missouri Constitution her time is up.

Days says she wants to challenge term limits in court and a political heavyweight is on her side.

Former Liuetnant Governor Kenny Rothman will represent Days in the lawsuit.

He says ending term limits is a matter of common sense.
