Senate Republicans and Democrats are holding party conference calls to figure out the details on how to work together.
And Republican Senator David Klarich says there's a lot of negotiating still to come.
Klarich says it could take weeks for the leadership to get the Senate ready in time for the start of legislative session on January third.
