Maxwell says pay raise is unfair

A Missouri legislator says a bill on the governor's desk that will raise pay for lawmakers is unfair to the state's other workers. Aaron Cummins has the story from Jefferson City--

That bill will increase legislators pay by almost $1,500 a year. And it's retroactive to the current fiscal year meaning lawmakers will get paid more for work they've already done.
