Alcohol-Free Capitol Building?

A state representative is hoping to make the state capitol alcohol-free. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

Representative Bill Foster of Poplar Bluff, is sponsoring the bill. Foster has made a slight change to a bill that died last year. He says the new proposal won't take effect until 2002 - the same time that 125 new legislators take office ...
