Not everyone is enthusiastic about the proposed highway 70 expansion plan. Cara Karunaratne has more from Jefferson City.

The Missouri Public Interest Research Group disapproves of the plan to widen I-70.

MoPirg is one of the leading consumer advocate groups in the state.

Spokeswoman Pam Blackledge says she doesn't think that increasing roads solves any problems.
