Still more tax cuts will highlight the agenda to be proposed by Missouri's governor Wednesday. That's the word from the Mel Carnahan's office as Lori Prichard reports from Jefferson City:

Taxes will headline the upcoming State of the State Address. While the governor's kept mum about his legislative and budget package for this year, Chris Sifford, chief spokesmen for the governor, did unveil the major tenant of the governor's speech:

Missourians can probably count on keeping more money for themselves next year. The question is how much? Republicans propose double the democrats are offering. Reporting from the State Capitol, this is Lori Prichard.
