The debate over statewide structural codes continues in the Governor's building code commission.
Lawrence Schwab of State Farm Insurance says the building codes will lower overall costs to homeowners.
Schwab says insurance doesn't cover damages caused by faulty structure.
Schwab says building codes will also lower the cost of homeowners' insurance premiums.
