Better roads may cost Missouri about one billion dollars

Missouri residents may have to choose between a tax increase and better roads. Princess Reyes has this story from Jefferson City:

Henry Hungerbeeler, the director of the Missouri Department of Transportation, says they need more money to fund road improvement plans. The bill? About one billion dollars per year.
