Banks Sentencing Hearing Delayed Again

Sen. J.T. "Jet" Banks, D-St. Louis, has another reason to be thankful tommorow.

Tuesday, Cole County Circuit Judge Byron Kinder delayed the sentencing of Banks for the second time in two weeks, because he was too ill to travel to Jefferson City.

Banks pleaded guilty in September to charges that he lied on his state tax returns in 1994 and 1995.
