Starting with the next legislative session in January, anyone with a computer and an internet connection will be able to listen to what's going on at the capitol.

Debates will be broadcast live from the floor of both the House and the Senate.

The system will use RealAudio technology to broadcast the debate over the internet as it takes place in the chambers of the legislature.
