Catholic lobbyists have earned a one-on-one discussion with Governor Mel Carnahan concerning Partial Birth Abortion. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

House Bill 427, outlawing partial birth abortions, was vetoed by Carnahan earlier this year. Now Missouri law makers meet September 15 to decide whether to override the veto -- something happening only 6 times in state history.
