Sen. Harry Wiggins presented a bill to the Senate today that advocates his view on abortion. If his bill passes, Missouri drivers could order specialty license plates that say "Respect Life" on them. However, lobbyists for women's rights oppose his bill. If it passes, they say they want to establish a commission to support women's reproductive rights.
The plates would cost $25 and proceeds would go to providing support for abortion alternatives. From Jefferson City, this is Princess Reyes.
