The Missouri state treasurer's office has begun a new college savings program. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.
The program allows parents to begin putting money in a tax advantaged, professionally managed fund for their children's education. State Treasurer Bob Holden syas the program is needed to improve Missourians chances for jobs...
