A traffic jam in Mid-Missori in the middle of the afternoon is a rare occurrance but when the traffic jam is attributed to 150 horses parading on the Missouri bridge on their way to the state capitol is just bizarre.
The calvary of horses was in honor of Tom Bass a horse trainer and rider who is being inducted into the Hall of Famous Missourians.
