Dispensing prescription drugs over the Internet is dangerous--and illegal--for Missouri residents. Kristin Marinec has that story from Jefferson City.

Attorney General Jay Nixon has filed a temporary restraining order against two online pharmacies. Nixon is fighting lax Internet restrictions on drugs such as Propecia and Viagra.

A spokesman for the attorney general says the sites have weak background checks.

Missouri law prohibits dispensing prescription drugs within the state without a proper license.
